Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48 hours, primarily by UPS. Actual freight charges apply and are not discountable. Pentagon Sports reserves the right to select alternative carriers to UPS, based on needs. UPS Hundredweight service is available on large shipments.

Returns
If, upon receipt of the product, if for any reason, you are not happy with the product-it maybe returned. This does not include products that have been used or worn. Simply contact me by e-mail at bossumpiregear@yahoo.com with your e-mail address and what is wrong with the product or call 954-802-2928. I will contact the supplier for a return authorization.
Out of Stock
Out of stock items will not be back ordered unless requested. We will attempt to notify you of any item that is out of stock. Back orders will be shipped immediately upon receipt without notification. Additional freight charges apply.
